It is drinking water of the highest quality but not certified.<\/p>\n<p>Logs for firewood are available. 1\/4 m3 included in the price.<\/p>\n<p>The house has an A Energy Efficienty Label.\u00a0<br \/>It demands very little energy due to its high performance insulation and windows. Most of the demanded energy is provided by its solar panel installation together with a heat pump. The underfloor heating creates comfort and allows the house be full electric.
